【Abstract】 A new flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of melatonin was developed based on the direct oxidation of the potassium ferricyanide in alkaline aqueous solution.The linear range of melatonin was from 1.9×10^-6 to 2.3×10^-4 g/mL with the detection limit of 5×10^-7 g/mL.This method was applied to the determination of melatonin in tablets with satisfactory results.更多还原
