不窝煤的掘进机星轮装载机构最低转速的确定
Determination of star wheel loading mechanism’s lowest rotating speed of road-headers which don’t jam
【摘要】 针对目前新式掘进机星轮装载机构的设计问题,根据星轮装载机构的运动特点以及掘进机的工作性能,通过对星轮装载机构的力学分析,确定了转速与星轮结构参数之间的关系以及在不窝煤的情况下星轮的最低转速,并结合实例求得了星轮的临界转速,为掘进机星轮装载机构的设计和研究提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem in the design of the present new-style star wheel loading mechanism, this article has confirmed the relationship between rotating speed and parameters of star wheel structure and the lowest rotating speed of it under the circumstance of unjamming according to the movement characteristics of the star wheel loading mechanism and the operating performance of the road-header as well as the mechanics analysis of the star wheel loading mechanism. This article has also worked out the critical rotating speed of the star wheel according to examples so that it provides the theoretical basis for the research and design of the star wheel loading mechanism.
