【摘要】 针对JKY2.0/1.8B型防爆液压提升机在使用过程中,液压系统主油路常出现的压力不足或完全没有压力、空载时高压侧压力过高及主油路压力高但转速慢且有脉动现象等故障进行分析,并对故障产生的原因进行分析,同时对故障提出相应的解决方法,为今后的检修工作提供了故障排除及诊断的理论依据,缩短了检修时间,提高了工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of using JKY2.0/1.8B type explosion-proof hydraulic lift,failures appear in the main hypertension line,such as: under pressure,non-pressure,high side pressure but no-load,slow speed of rotation but high-pressure and pulsation phenomenon etc.The article analyses the reasons of these failures.At the same time,solutions for these failures are proposed.That is the theory basis of excluding the diagnosed failure.Overhauling time is shortened and efficiency is improved.更多还原
