煤燃烧过程中碱土金属化合物的固氟实验究
Experimental research on fluorine retention of alkaline-earth metal compounds during coal combustion
【摘要】 为了开发高效燃烧固氟剂,通过实验研究了碱土金属化合物的燃烧固氟效果。结果表明:ⅡA族碱土金属的碳酸盐和氢氧化物对煤中氟的析出均有不同程度的固定作用,且随ⅡA族元素原子序数的增大,其化合物的固氟效果越好。根据廉价易得、广泛可取的原则,吸收剂的选取以钙基碳酸盐和氢氧化物最为合适。燃烧温度和停留时间对钙基吸收剂固氟效果有较大的影响,在燃烧固氟实际中,应针对不同燃烧方式选用相应类型的钙基固氟剂或开发耐高温固氟剂。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the test results about fluorine retention in the alkaline-earth metal compounds combustion were studied to develop high-efficient fluoride retention additive.The results indicate that carbonate and hydroxide of Group IIA alkaline-earth metal can have different retention actions on fluorine emission in the coal,the fluorine retention effect of its compounds becomes better with the increasing atomic number of Group IIA elements accordingly,Calcium-based carbonate and hydroxide are the most suitable sorbents.Combustion temperature and retention period have bigger effect on fluorine retention,thus we should choose calcium-based sorbets and develop high temperature-resistant ones on the basis of different combustion modes in fluoride retention practice.
