【摘要】 为了解决传统制造执行系统存在的可扩充性、可重构性、敏捷性差等缺点,采用基于软件构件复用技术,构建了一种适用于机械制造行业的构件化制造执行系统(CBMES)。通过对系统功能对象的分解与合并,抽取业务功能构件,在CBMES的体系框架下,可以根据实际业务需要按照一定的业务规则进行重组定制,实现个性化的生产管理系统,从而实现企业敏捷制造。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems such as extensibility,reconstruction and acuteness existing in the traditional MES,the paper uses the idea of component reuse to put forward a component based manufacturing execution system(CBMES).In the CBMES system frame,through decompose or combine the system’s function object,take out business function components,the business can be reconstructed or customized based on the real business requirement according to some business rules,individuation manufacture management system can be realized,and agile manufacturing in enterprise can be realized in the end.更多还原
