【摘要】 为了加快资源枯竭型城市经济转型,从阜新产业结构的实际出发,分析了1987—2003年阜新产业结构的基本状况,利用这15年来的相关数据建立了阜新产业结构的经济计量模型,并对模型进行了进一步细分,将各个产业及其分行业对阜新经济增长的贡献进行了量化分析,并根据分析的结果提出了大力发展现代农业,用高新技术改造和提升传统产业;加快调整优化工业结构的步伐,大力发展非煤产业和替代产业;第三产业的发展应注重内部结构调整,用现代化服务技术替代传统服务业等一些政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to expedite economy transition of resource dry up city,the article proceeds from reality of the industrial structure of Fuxin,has analyzed the basic state of the industrial structure of Fuxin of 1987-2003 year,have set up the econometric model of the industrial structure of Fuxin in relevant data utilizing over these 15 years,is it subdivide further to go on to model,go on quantitative analysis each industry and his branch trade to contribution,Fuxin of economic growth,and has proposed developing modern agriculture in a more cost-effective manner according to the result of analysis,has transformed and promoted the traditional industry with the new and high technology;Quickening the steps of adjusting and optimizing the structure of industry,energetically development is not the coal industry and industry of substituting;Should pay attention to the inside structural adjustment,substitute such some policy suggestions as the traditional service trade,etc.with modern service technology in development of the tertiary industry.更多还原
