【摘要】 为了玻璃生产厂能够统计损坏玻璃的数量,掌握原材料的使用情况,有效的进行资源配置,提出以PC机为平台、工业控制软件-组态王6.5为测量检测核心,采用接近开关和光电开关为传感器的计数系统,实现对生产过程中的玻璃数量和横切刀次数的自动检测以及对成品玻璃(包括协议品、改裁品)、损坏玻璃数量的准确记录,为提高企业效益和有效利用企业资源提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to count the quantity of the glass which is damaged in the glass factory,grasp the applied condition of the raw materials and carry out resource distribution effectively,this article proposes regarding PC as the platform and industrial control software-KingView6.5 as the core of measuring,adopting proximity-switch and photoelectric-switch for the system of counting of the sensor,achieving the automatic measuring of the quantity of glass and the frequency of traverse sword in the production process and accurately recording the quantity of the finished product glass(including the agreement product、modified products) and damaged glass,offering basis for improving enterprises′ benefits and utilizing enterprise resources effectively.更多还原
