检测唾液中乙醇的玻态酶试条的研究
Study on Glassified Enzyme Test Trip for Testing Alcohol in Human Saliva
【摘要】 研制了一种定量检测唾液中乙醇的双酶测试条。在制备乙醇氧化酶/辣根过氧物酶的双酶测试条中,采用了室温玻化技术,使酶经37℃破坏实验达4周,酶活力丝毫无损。研究开发了一种为使反应物色差分明和用于选择现有市售反射式检测器的助染技术。本试条只需5~10μL唾液试样。测试全过程可在2 min内完成。
【Abstract】 A enzyme test strip for testing alcohol in human saliva was successfully developed.The alcohol test strip was glassified to stabilize alcohol oxidase(AOD) and horseradish peroxidase(HRP) at room temperature.The activity of AOD and HRP in test strip was not decreased after four weeks at 37℃.A assistant dyeing for enhancing chromatism of the reactant and for selecting marketable reflected detectors was developed also.The saliva sample volume was only 5~10 μL in an assay and the result was read in two minutes by the enzyme test strip.
