【Abstract】 In this paper,the progress of researches in single-cell imaging analysis in recent years is reviewed.Some methods such as image cytophotometry,fluorescence microscopic imaging,infrared(near-infrared) and Raman microscopic imaging,magnetic resonance imaging and scanning probe microscopic imaging are discussed emphatically,and the conceivable direction in the future has been suggested.更多还原
