氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中草药中的痕量铋
Determination of Trace Bismuth in Traditional Chinese Medicines by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文报道了采用氢化物-原子荧光法测定中草药中的痕量铋。试验了酸介质和还原剂用量对测定铋的影响,考察了共存金属离子的干扰。在最佳测定条件下,方法检出限为0.1μg/L,线性范围为0.1~200μg/L,加标回收率为91.0%~104.2%。
【Abstract】 A method is reported for the determination of trace bismuth in traditional Chinese medicine by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The effect of acid medium and reducing reagent on the determination of Bi were studied.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit is 0.1 μg/L,and the linear range of determination is 0.1~200 μg/L.The recovery is in the range of(91.0%)~104.2%.
