曙红Y与消旋山莨菪碱的相互作用及其分析应用
Interaction of Eosine Y with Raceanisodamine and Its Analytical Application
【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,消旋山莨菪碱与曙红Y依靠静电引力和疏水作用力形成离子缔合物,使曙红Y的共振光散射(RLS)强度明显增强。体系的最大散射峰位于364 nm处。研究了离子缔合物的光谱特征、反应的最佳条件和共存物质的影响。消旋山莨菪碱的浓度在1.0~140 mg/L的范围内与RLS强度呈线性关系;方法的检出限为0.88 mg/L。将方法用于市售消旋山莨菪碱片含量的快速测定,并与药典分析法进行了对照,结果表明两种方法之间无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 In pH 3.9 acid medium,eosine Y(EY) and raceanisodamine react with each other to form an ion association complex by virtue of electrostatic and hydrophobic interaction.The weak resonance light scattering(RLS) intensity of eosine Y can be enhanced significantly.The maximum scattering peak is 364 nm.The characteristic spectra of the ion association complex,the influencing factors and the optimum conditions of the reaction have been investigated as well as the influence of the coexisit substances.There is a linear relationship between the enhanced RLS intensity and the raceanisodamine concentration in the range of 1.0-140(mg/L) when the concentration of EY is 1.0×104mol/L,with a detection limit of 0.88 mg/L.The method can be applied to the determination of raceanisodamine in tablets.The results of the present method is in(agreement) with those obtained by the method proposed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
