铜离子选择性微电极用于银杏根尖离子流的时空监测
Fabrication of Cu/CuSe Microelectrode for Detecting Temporal and Spatial Localization of Copper(Ⅱ) Fluxes along Gingko Roots
【摘要】 通过在超细铜丝尖端(直径约为16μm)电沉积硒化铜薄膜的方法制备了全固型铜离子选择性微电极,研究了它对铜离子的能斯特响应,包括选择性、检出限和响应时间等参数;使用该电极检测到银杏(Ging-ko)根尖表面的铜离子时空流,并首次发现Gingko根细胞对Cu2+摄取具有振荡性。
【Abstract】 A solid-stated Cu/CuSe microelectrode was prepared by cathodic deposition of selenium in Na2SeO3 and subsequent formation of a thin layer of CuSe on a copper wire 16 μm in diameter. The microelectrode exhibited a good linear response of 29.8 mV/decade for Cu 2+ within the concentration ranges of 10 -3 -10 -6 mol/L; good selectivity, a short response time (<2 s) and a low detection limit (1×10 -6 mol/L). The dimensions and response time allowed use of this electrode in the measuring influxes as well as effluxes of Cu 2+ in Gingkoroots. Copper (Ⅱ) fluxes showed marked spatial and temporal features and exhibited an oscillatory pattern in time.
