拉曼光谱法分析低碳钢模拟大气腐蚀锈层
MICRO-ROMAN SPECTROSCOPY OF RUST LAYER OF LOW CARBON STEEL EXPOSED TO ATMOSPHERE
【摘要】 利用拉曼光谱研究了不同磷含量试验钢的模拟大气腐蚀锈层。结果表明:含磷低碳钢在模拟工业大气环境下的腐蚀锈层由双层结构构成,即内锈层是以α-FeOOH为主体的铁锈所覆盖,外层部分是以α-Fe2O3和γ- FeOOH为主体的铁锈层;不同磷含量试验钢锈层的主要区别是高磷钢锈层较薄较致密,且几乎全由黑色的内锈层组成,低磷试验钢的锈层较厚,且有大量白色疏松的外锈层存在。
【Abstract】 The effect of phosphorus on corrosion resistance of low carbon steels was investigated by micro-Raman analysis.The rust layer of low carbon steel exposed to simulated atmosphere was composed of double layers.The inner layer was mostly covered withα-FeOOH,and the outter layer was covered withα-Fe2O3 andγ-FeOOH.The obvious difference between tested steels bearing different P contents was as follows.The rust layer of higher P bearing steel was thiner and compacter,and it was almostly covered with dark inner rust layer,while the rust layer of lower P bearing steel was thicker,and a plenty of white outer rust layer existed.
