【摘要】 目的:探讨脾脏转移瘤的CT诊断价值。方法:采用西门子Somatom Plus4螺旋CT机扫描,15例脾转移瘤病例经手术、穿刺活检病理证实及临床上有明确原发灶随访证实。结果:15例转移瘤均表现为单发或多发低密度灶,囊肿型7例,结节型4例,巨块型4例。结论:病灶易囊样变为脾转移瘤常见的影像学表现,CT为目前诊断脾脏转移瘤的重要方法,但需结合临床分析才可做出明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the CT diagnosis of splenic metastatic tumor.Methods:15 cases scanned by CT of Siemens Somatom Plus 4 were confirmed by operation,biopsy and follow up.Results:The CT findings of 15 cases were single or multiple low density lesions with types including 7 cysts,4 nodules,4 masses.Conclusion:The imaging manifestation of splenic matastatic tumor is frequently in cystiform.CT is now the important method for diagnosing the splenic metastatic tumor.And CT combined with clinical analysis can make a definite diagnosis.更多还原
