【Abstract】 Everything in the world contains some information. The Chinese characters are a compact information system, and its culture is a unique culture of information. The polysemy, metaphor and homonymy in Chinese characters make the names imply some special information. The names in Chinese fictions contain rich information, such as their statues, social positions, personalities, merits, interests and so on.
