取代苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲合成与晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Substitutional Benzaldehyde Thiosemicarbazone
【摘要】 合成了一种未见报道的标题化合物((C9H10N3O2S)2·H2O,Mr=1466.54)并得到单晶,晶体衍射实验发现其属于三斜晶系,空间群 P-1,配体晶体学参数:a=10.618(3)A,b=10.723(3)A,c=11.943(3)A,α=68.415(4)°,β=69.363(4)°,γ=68.366(4)°,V=1 137.8(6)A3, Z=2,Dc=1.362 Mg/m3,μ(MoKa)=0.269mm-1,F(000)=488,最终R=0.063 5,wR=0.160 1,GOF=1.00 4.配体由两个独立分子和一个水分子组成,通过氢键连接,呈空间立体结构.
【Abstract】 The tide compound(HL, HL, (C9H10N3O2S)2·H2O,Mr=466.54) is synthesized, which is of triclinic crystal system, with space group P-1. The ligand’s crystal data: a=10.618(3) A,6=10.723(3) A,c=11.943(3) A,α=68.415(4)°,β=69.363(4)°,γ= 68.366(4)°,V=1137.8(6) A3,Z=2,D,=1.362 Mg/m3, μ(MoKα) =0.269 mm-1, F000=488,fl=0.063 5,wR=0.160 1,GOF=1.00 4. The the ligand is composed of two independent thiosemicarbazone moleculars and a water molecular, which features a three-dimensional layer constructed from hydrogen bonds.
