微波法合成掺杂型磷酸亚铁锂

【摘要】 采用微波合成技术合成了磷酸亚铁锂LiFePO4。为了提高LiFePO4的电导率和循环稳定性,分别掺杂了金属镁离子Mg2+、稀土离子La3+和Nd3+。并分别考察了掺杂量、加热时间和功率对合成产品晶型的影响。通过使用X射线检测,分析出产品的纯度,并找出微波加热的合成条件。实验得知Mg2+的最佳掺杂摩尔比为0.02,La3+和Nd3+的最佳掺杂摩尔比为0.05;微波最佳加热时间为9 min,最佳功率为320 W。

【Abstract】 Lithium iron phosphate LiFePO4 was synthesized by microwave heating method using a domestic microwave oven.In order to improve the electronic conductivity and circular stability of the synthesized LiFePO4,a little magnesium ion Mg2+,as well as lanthanum La3+ and neodymium ion Nd3+ were doped respectively.The effects of the doping amount,the microwave heating time and power on the products were also investigated.By analyzing the X-ray diffraction pattern,the products purity and the optimum synthesis condition were given out.The experiment exhibits that the optimum molar ratio of Mg2+,La3+ and Nd3+ is 0.02,0.05 and 0.05;the microwave heating time is 9 minutes and the power is 320 W respectively.
