微波技术在合成TiO2光催化剂中的应用进展
Application and Advance of Microwave in the Synthesis TiO2 Photocatalyst
【摘要】 综述了近几年来微波技术在合成TiO2光催化剂中的应用,介绍了微波合成TiO2光催化剂中所具有的优越性,即合成产物的粒度细,且均匀,能够提高其光催化的量子效率。展望了微波技术的应用前景,提出了微波技术在合成TiO2光催化剂中的发展方向。在微波对合成产物的影响、最佳反应条件的建立、反应器的优化设计、反应动力学及反应机理的分析等方面需要进一步开展研究工作。
【Abstract】 The recent application of microwave technique in the synthesis of TiO2 photocatalyst were reviewed.The microwave irradiation heating has much more advantages,such as the grain size of TiO2 particle reduced,controlled porosity and pore size distribution,and further enhancing catalytic activity and process efficiency.The developing direction on the microwave application in synthesizing TiO2 photocatalyst were discussed.The influence on microwave to synthesizing product,establishing the best reaction condition,optimizing design of reactor,analyzing the reaction mechanism and dynamics and so on should be studied further.
