聚丙烯酸酯降凝剂的制备及应用
Preparation and Application on Depressant of Acrylate Copolymer
【摘要】 为改善柴油的低温流动性能,增加柴油供给,以丙烯酸、高碳醇为原料,酯化生成聚丙烯酸混合酯,再经偶氮二异丁腈引发,聚合成聚丙烯酸混合酯降凝剂。结果表明,聚丙烯酸混合酯对柴油有较好的降凝效果,0#柴油的凝点降低了14℃,5#柴油的凝点降低了18℃。计算得出了聚丙烯酸酯降凝剂的特性粘度为26~45 mL/g时,对柴油的降凝效果最好,当降凝剂的质量分数为0.4%时,分别使直馏柴油和润滑油的凝点降低了13℃和25℃,聚丙烯酸酯类降凝剂与萘斯以质量比1∶1进行复配时,使0#柴油的凝点降低了29℃。
【Abstract】 In order to improve property of low temperature flow for diesel and increase supply of diesel,polyacrylate depressant was synthesized by using acrylic acid and higher alcohol as raw material.After esterification,the mixed acrylate was polymerized using azodiisobutyronitrile as initiating agent.The results show that the acrylate copolymer depressant exhibits excellent effect of solidifying point reduction on the diesel,the solidifying point of 0~# diesel and 5~# diesel decreases about 14 ℃ and 18 ℃,respectively.When the inherent viscosity of the depressant is 26~45 mL/g,the effect of depressant on diesel is the optimal.When mass fraction of the depressant is 0.4%,the solidifying point of distilled diesel and lubricate decreases 13 ℃ and 25 ℃,respectively.When the mass ratio of polyacrylate-type depressant and naphthalene geepound is 1∶1,the solidifying point of 0~# diesel decreases is 29 ℃.
