【摘要】 目的:探讨联检血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125对卵巢癌的临床价值。方法:用免疫放射分析、放射免疫分析、磁微粒子免疫发光法,对35例卵巢癌患者、42例各类良性卵巢肿瘤患者、38例正常人血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125进行测定,并动态观察了卵巢癌患者术后7d,术后30d血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125的变化。结果:卵巢癌患者血清中IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125均高于正常对照组和良性卵巢肿瘤患者组(P<0.01),术后30d与术前及术后7d比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),术后30d与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血清IGF-Ⅰ、TGF-α、CA125联检对卵巢癌的明确诊断和术后观察有积极意义,可作为诊断治疗卵巢癌的可靠指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of combined determination of serum IGF-Ⅰ,TGF-α and CA125 levels in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ(with IRMA),TGF-α(with RIA) and CA125(with magnetic microparticle chemiluminescent immunoassay) were measured in thirty-five patients with ovarian cancer,forty-two patients with benign ovarian tumor and thirty-eight controls.In ovarian cancer patients,these level were again determined on d7 and d30 postoperatively.Results The levels of serum IGF-Ⅰ,TGF-α and CA125 patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign ovarian tumor and controls(P<0.01).In patients with ovarian cancers,the levels on d30 postoperative were significantly lower than the pre-operative levels and the levels on d7(P<0.01) but were not significantly from those in controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined determination of serum IGF-Ⅰ,TGF-α and CA125 levels is valuable for clinical diagnosis and postoperative follow-up.更多还原
