【摘要】 目的探讨不同护理措施对重型颅脑损伤病人预后的影响。方法把交通事故致重型颅脑损伤病人随机分成两组(以单日、双日收治分)一组为对照组,一组为护理干预组。对照组采用常规治疗办法。护理干预组除常规治疗护理外,结合制订具体可行的干预措施,对病人进行早期五个感觉通路和肢体的功能锻炼。结果两组病人在其治疗转归和住院日期等方面差异都有显著意义(P≤0.05)。结论护理干预对病人的预后有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of different nursing intervention on the prognosis for patients with sever brain injury by traffic accident. Method Patients suffered sever brain injury by traffic accident were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were cared regularly,patient in experimental group were treated by interfering attendance,which included training of sensory pathway in early term and physical training of limbs.Result There was significant difference between the two groups on prognosis and time in Hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention had positive effect on the patients recovery.更多还原
