【摘要】 目的寻求一种有效的预防痔疮术后尿潴留的护理方法,减少痔切除术后并发症的发生,减轻病人的痛苦。方法将200例混合痔的住院患者随机分为两组。治疗组术后立即用肛门模型冰块加压包扎敷于肛门术口大敷料外,对照组只用敷料而不作冰敷。结果治疗组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论痔切除术后进行肛门冰敷可预防尿潴留的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search a effective ways for urine retention prevention for patients after hemorrhoidectomy,and to reduce post operative complication and ease patient’s pain. Method 200 hospitalized patients with mix hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups,patients after hemorrhoidectomy in experimental group was given anus model ice sprend,and patients in control was given dressing only.Result The rate of urine retention in experimental was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Anus ice sprend after hemorrhoidectomy will be effective for preventing urine retention.更多还原
