【摘要】 目的为探讨肥皂水浓度与肠黏膜损伤的关系,寻求肥皂水用于清洁灌肠的最佳浓度。方法将36只家兔随机分为6组,分别用清水、0.2%肥皂水、1%肥皂水、10%肥皂水、30%肥皂水、50%肥皂水行清洁灌肠后取兔肠黏膜作病理学检查。结果选用10%以上浓度的肥皂水行清洁灌肠,均可造成兔肠黏膜的充血和水肿,其程度随着浓度的升高而加重。结论临床上选用肥皂水行清洁灌肠时,浓度应严格控制在1%以下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between concentration of soap solution and damage in intestinal mucosa,and to find out the best optimum concentration for cleaning enema. Methods 36 rabbits were randomly divided into six groups.Cleaning enema was done by water only,0.2%,1%,10%,30% and 50% soap solution respectively.Pathological checkup of rabbit intestinal mucosa was conducted after cleaning enema.Results the hyperemia and edema of rabbit intestinal mucosa can be induced by soap solution at more than 10% concentration.The degree of damage will be heavily reinforced as the concentration of soap solution increased.Conclusions the concentration of soap solution should be controlled below 1% for better clinical using for cleaning enema.更多还原
