【摘要】 目的探讨安全有效解除痔术后尿潴留的方法,减少导尿机率。方法将70例痔疮术后尿潴留患者按随机数表法分为两组,分别采用温阳利尿散烫疗和新斯的明肌注,然后观察排尿时间、排尿量、排尿后病人的感受。结果两种处理方法差异具有显著性意义,P<0.005。结论中药烫疗对痔疮术后尿潴留疗效较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effective method of urine retention relief for patients with hemorrhoid after operation,and to reduce the chance of urethral catheterization. Methods 70 patients with urine retention after hemorrhoid operation were selected and divided into two groups.Warm treatment by self-made warm yang diuresis powder and neostigmine injection were used for the two group respectively.The voiding time,volume of urine,feeling of patients after emication were observed and compared by χ~2 test.Results There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.005)Conclusions It’s effective for relief of urine retention by Warm treatment of self-made warm yang diuresis powder,and worth for popularization.更多还原
