灰铸铁磷化过程及其机理研究
PROCESS AND MECHANISM OF PHOSPHATING FOR GRAY CAST IRON
【摘要】 通过对灰铸铁锌钙系磷化过程及其机理的研究,初步确定了磷化膜在灰铸铁基体表面的形核、长大规律.结果表明,磷化膜晶核首先在铁素体—石墨界面等处形成,是一个不均匀形核过程.磷化形核需要孕育期.
【Abstract】 The regulation of nucleation and growth of phosphate film on gray cast iron was studied for the phosphating process with a bath of Zn-Ca system.The results indicate that phosphate film forms at first at the boundaries between ferrite and graphite.This phosphating process is a non-homogenous nucleation process,which needs an inocubation period.
