【摘要】 目的:探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中应用普通丝线,不增加任何特殊器械,在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉的安全性和可靠性。方法:分析2003年1月至2005年7月,我院为128例患者行无钛夹LC的临床资料。结果:128例患者于术后4~5d出院,无并发症发生。结论:LC术中普通丝线取代钛夹结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉,安全、可靠、经济。避免体内金属异物残留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the safety and feasibility of the using ordinary silk thread in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC),without any special instruments.Methods:The clinical data of 128 cases treated by LC without titanium clip were analyzed.Results:128 patients discharged successfully in 4-5days,without any complication.Conclusions:Using the ordinary silk thread in stead of the titanium clip and living being clips to ligate cystic duct and cystic artevy is safe,feasible and economic in LC.更多还原
