对流动人口劳动权益保障的性别分析——以上海的三资企业为例
Gender Analysis of Labor Protection of Migrant Workers in Joint Ventures in Shanghai
【摘要】 文章从上海两区6家三资企业流动人口劳动权益保障状况调查结果,分析上海三资企业流动人口就业和发展领域劳动权益保障性别差异的影响因素和政策机制,从社会性别视角挖掘流动人口就业和发展中产生性别差异的原因,探讨并提出女性流动人口就业和发展中保障劳动权益的对策措施。
【Abstract】 This paper recognizes gender differences in employment and labor rights protection among migrant workers based on the findings of research in six foreign owned and joint ventures in two districts in Shanghai.It discusses the reasons behind the existence of gender differences and recommends policy to safeguard employment and to protect labor rights of women migrant workers.
