旋流式筛分过程初探
PRIMARY STUDY ON CYCLONE SIEVING
【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外传统旋流分级及其存在的缺陷,提出了一种新型的旋流分级器,即旋流筛分器,并分析了旋流筛分的条件及机理。指出旋流筛分为离心沉降分级和筛分的复合分级过程,前者会产生预分级的功能,以减轻筛网表面的颗粒负荷;由于旋流场分散特性及筛网的截留作用,可以提高分级精度。
【Abstract】 Various kinds of cyclones for classification and their limitation are introduced with a new classifier,namely the cyclone sieve.The conditions and mechanism of cyclone sieving is analysed.It is pointed out that the cyclone sieving process is the combination of centrifugal sedimentation and sieving.The former acts for pre-classification to decrease the particle loading on the sieve surface.The accuracy of classification can be improved due to the dispersion characteristics of vortex field and blockage of particles.
