惰性气体雾化法制备BNi2钎料粉末
BNi2 braze powder made by inert-gas atomization
【摘要】 介绍了一种制备牌号为BNi2的钎料粉末惰性气体雾化生产工艺,讨论了生产过程中不同雾化工艺参数、熔炼方式、雾化介质、雾化温度、雾化压力等对钎料粉末质量的影响。用该方法生产的BNi2钎料粉末呈球形,成分稳定,氧含量低(0.013%~0.022%),工艺性能好。用于对GH22合金的焊接时,钎焊接头在800℃和850℃的瞬时抗拉强度可分别达到335 MPa和143 MPa,是理想的高温零部件钎焊材料。
【Abstract】 An insert-gas atomization process for making the braze powder with a brand of BNi2 was described,and different affecting factors of atomized process were discussed.The result indicates: the atomized BNi2 braze powder has good spherical shape,stable composition,low oxygen content(0.013~0.022% in mass) and excellent brazing behaviors.The tensile strength of the brazing joints for GH22 alloy achieves up to 335MPa and 143MPa at 800℃and 850℃ respectively,which shows that the produced BNi2 powder is idea for brazing of high temperature alloy parts.
