【摘要】 目的探讨cyclinE蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法采用Western印迹法检测42例上皮性卵巢癌患者标本中cyclinE蛋白的水平,结合临床资料分析其表达水平与预后的关系。结果cyclinE蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性表达率达85.7%,其表达水平与患者分期、组织学类型和细胞分化程度无关。高表达组的平均无瘤生存期为(17.2±2.2)个月,低表达组的平均无瘤生存期为(28.2±1.9)个月,高表达组的无瘤生存期明显短于低表达组(P<0.01),但两组的总生存期无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高表达组的无瘤生存期明显短于低表达组,提示cyclinE蛋白高表达患者在更短的时间复发,预后差,该组患者应加强治疗和严密随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the expression of cyclin E in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and the explore the relationship between the level of cyclin E and the prognosis. Methods Cyclin E was measured by Western blot analysis in tumor tissue from 42 epithelial ovarian cancer patients. Their clinical data was reviewed and its relationship with expression level of cyclin E was analyzed. Results Positive expression of cyclin E was observed in 85.7% of the patients. Expression level of cyclin E was not related to stages, histological types and differentiation. Higher cyclin E expression was associated with a shorter diseasefree survival, compared to lower level of cyclin E[(17.2±2.2)vs(28.2±1.9)months)](P<0.01), but without significant difference in overall survival of two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions High expression of cyclin E associated with a shorter diseasefree survival, suggests that epithelial ovarian cancer with active proliferation cancer cells may recur early and present poor prognosis.
