【摘要】 目的了解生存素mRNA在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌中表达水平,及其与子宫内膜癌临床特征的关系,明确生存素mRNA表达在子宫内膜癌诊断或预后中的意义。方法采用反转录多聚酶链式反应技术(RT-PCR)对34例子宫内膜腺癌和20例分泌期及增殖期子宫内膜进行生存素mRNA的表达水平测定。结果正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜癌均表达生存素;分泌期与增殖期子宫内膜生存素mRNA表达无统计学差异;子宫内膜癌生存素mRNA表达明显提高,且与临床期别、病理级别、肌层侵润有密切关系。结论生存素可能是诊断子宫内膜癌和判断预后的良好标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of survivin in normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with the clinic features of endometrial carcinoma.To explore the significance of surviving in diagnosis and prognosis of the cancer.Methods The survivin mRNA in 34 endometrial carcinoma and 20 endometrium at secretory or proliferative phase were detected using RT-PCR. Results No significant difference of survivin mRNA was observed between secretory and proliferative phase endometrium. Survivin mRNA expressed more in endometrial carcinoma than in normal endometrium.The expression level of survivin mRNA was closely correlated with clinical stage, histological grade, myometrium invasion in endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion Survivin may be a good diagnostic and prognostic marker of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
