【摘要】 目的研究多发伤后血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化及其与创伤评分的关系,探讨其临床意义。方法选择多发性创伤患者42例,采用ELISA法测定血清IL-6含量。结果血清IL-6值于创伤后24 h内明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),动态观察一周,创伤患者呈持续性上升变化,轻度患者血清IL-6含量低于重度、极重度患者,血清IL-6的含量随创伤严重程度增加(P<0.05)。结论IL-6可作为判别创伤严重程度的灵敏指标之一,可能参与了多发性创伤病理生理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the post-traumatic changes in the serum level of interleukin-6(IL-6)and their relationship with injury severity score(ISS)and to inquire into the possible mechanism and clinical significance.Methods Forty-two patients with mechanical trauma were eligibled and included.The serum levels of IL-6 was assayed by ELISA.Results The serum level of IL-6 was significantly higher in patients with trauma than in normal group with in 24 hours(P<0.05).The dynamical observation showed that IL-6 demonstrated curve changed with increase in early stage and later.The climax of them appeared earlier in mild group than those in severe and extremely severe groups.The level of IL-6 was correlative with the severity of trauma(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of IL-6 is one of sensitive indexes of the degree of trauma.IL-6 may be involved in the pathological processes of multiple injury.更多还原
