【摘要】 目的研究异位子宫内膜及在位内膜P450芳香化酶mRNA表达,探讨其在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用和临床意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶联反应(RT-PCR)技术检测45例卵巢异位子宫内膜、22例盆腹膜子宫内膜异位病灶、32例在位内膜和35例对照组子宫内膜中P450芳香化酶(P450A)mRNA的表达。结果67例异位内膜均有P450A mRNA的表达,在卵巢异位子宫内膜和盆腹膜异位子宫内膜组间其表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);异位子宫内膜P450A mRNA表达量均高于在位内膜(P<0.01);35例对照组子宫内膜几乎无表达。结论正常子宫内膜无P450A表达,但子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜有P450A,而异位子宫内膜则呈P450A高表达。提示异位子宫内膜局部存在异常雌激素合成;在位内膜本身的保护机制劣于正常内膜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of P450 arom(P450A)mRNA in human ovarian endometriosis,peritoneal endometriosis eutopic and normal endometrium.Methods PT-PCR was used to assess P450A messenger RNA(mRNA) expression of 45 ovarian endometriosis,22 peritoneal endomtriosis,35 normal endometrium and 32 eutopic endometrium.Results All of the ectopic endometrial samples presented P450A mRNA,the level was higher in the ectopic endometrium than that in eutopic endometrium(P<0.01).The expression of P450A in ovarian endometriosis and peritoneal endomtriosis had no difference.P450A mRNA wasn’t present in normal endometrium samples.Conclusion No P450A expression in normal endometrium.The expression of P450A in eutopic endometrium demonstrates that the protective mechanism of eutopic endometrium is worse than that of normal endometrium.The abnormal expression of P450A leads to local high estrogen biosynthesis in endometriosis and probably plays an important role in the development and growth of endometriosis.更多还原
