【摘要】 目的研究子宫颈癌手术标本中第十染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶张力蛋白基因(PTEN)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测80例宫颈癌手术标本中PTEN蛋白的表达。结果PTEN蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达低于在正常黏膜中的表达(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白的表达与宫颈癌组织细胞分化程度以及宫颈癌的临床病理分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论子宫颈癌组织中,PTEN蛋白表达缺失的肿瘤组织恶性程度更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression of PTEN protein in a series of human tissue sample representing different stages of cervix carcinomas.Methods Twenty samples of normal cervix mucosa and 80 samples of cervix carcinomas were analyed by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of PTEN protein was related to the cell differentiation and TMN stage of the cervix carcinomas(P<0.05).Conclusion The PTEN protein expression are related to the differentiation and metastasis of the cervix carcinomas.PTEN might play a role in the pathogenesis of cervix carcinomas.更多还原
