【摘要】 目的观察在腰硬联合阻滞下剖宫产术中联合应用咪唑安定、曲马多和格拉司琼的抗焦虑、抗寒战效果及对新生儿的影响。方法选择剖宫产妇女60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组应用咪唑安定、曲马多及格拉司琼,对照组静注等量生理盐水。观察两组术中的血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏、氧饱和度、镇静状况、恶心呕吐、寒战及术后遗忘情况,并记录新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组具有较好的镇静作用,寒战及恶心呕吐的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且术后遗忘不良记忆的效果良好(P<0.05),但两组新生儿1分钟和5分钟Apgar评分无差别(P>0.05)。结论咪唑安定、曲马多、格拉司琼复合应用于剖宫产手术,可降低恶心呕吐的发生率,预防术中寒战,减少术后不良记忆,且对新生儿无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of anti-anxiety and prevention of shivering on cases using the compounding of midazolam,tramadol and granisetron in cesarean section.Methods Sixty cases on ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade for cesarean section were divided randomly into treatment group(group T)and control group(group C).OAA/S,nausea,vomiting,shivering,amnesia and neonatal Apgar value were recorded in both groups.Results The incidence of shivering and vomiting was lower in group T than that in group C;there were no differences in neonatal Apgar value between group T and group C;anti-anxiety and amnesia were observed in group T.Conclusion The compounding of midazolam,tramadol and granisetron as an supplemental drugs used in epidural-spinal combined anesthesia for cesarean section can reduce the incidence of bad memory and vomiting,prevents from intra-operative shivering and has no influence on neonatal Apgar value.更多还原
