【摘要】 目的检测乳腺癌组织中生存素、Ki67核抗原的表达,探讨两者相关性及临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法及图像分析技术检测和分析80例乳腺癌、10例乳腺纤维腺瘤和10例正常乳腺组织中生存素、Ki67的表达。结果(1)80例乳腺癌中生存素、Ki67表达明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤和正常乳腺组织(P<0.01)。(2)乳腺癌中生存素表达与临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、病理分级及腋淋巴结转移均无关。(3)Ki67表达与乳腺癌病理分级、临床分期及腋淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型无关。(4)乳腺癌中生存素与Ki67的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论生存素在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,通过促进细胞增殖对乳腺癌发生和发展起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of survivin and Ki-67 in patients with breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of survivin and Ki-67 in 80 cases of breast carcinoma, 10 cases of fibroadenoma and 10 cases of normal breast tissue were detected and analyzed by immunohistochemistry and computerized image. Results (1)The expression levels of survivin and Ki-67 in breast carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue and breast fibroadenoma(P<0.01). (2)Expression of survivin in breast carcinoma was related to clinical stage(P<0.05), and no relationship with patients’ age, tumor size, histological type, pathological grade and axillary nodal metastasis. (3)Expression of Ki-67 in breast carcinoma was related to pathological grade, clinical stage and axillary nodal metastasis(P<0.01), and no relationship with patients’ age, tumor size and histological type. (4)A significant positive correlation can be identified between survivin and Ki-67 expression in breast carcinoma. Conclusion Expression of survivin was up regulated with breast carcinoma, which may contribute to tumorigenesis and progression of breast carcinoma.更多还原
