消色差复合波片的优化设计
Optimal Design for Achromatic Compound Wave-plate
【摘要】 介绍了利用遗传算法优化设计消色差复合波片的方法.以复合λ/4波片为例,设计1200~1650nm,900~1650 nm二个波段内的高精度的消色差复合波片.
【Abstract】 An optimized design method for compound achromatic wave-plate by the aid of the genetic algorithm is presented.Two achromatic λ/4 wave-plate are designed with the feature of high resolution.One’s appropriate wavelength range is 1200～1650 nm,the other’s is 900～1650 nm.
