【Abstract】 This paper chiefly makes a comparative study and analysis of the development of Virtual Reference Service and summarizes the achievements that have been made,and points out the differences and disparities between at home and abroad in virtual reference service.The promblems which are at home have been found out and some solutions have been considered which have given us insightful revelations of promoting the development of Chinese virual reference service.更多还原
