双阳离子改性膨润土处理炼油废水酚类污染物研究

【摘要】 利用新疆夏子街钠基膨润土为原料,采用插层合成了双阳离子有机改性膨润土。钠基膨润土原矿的d 001值为1.227nm,双阳离子改性膨润土d 001值为3.906nm,比原矿增加2.18倍。采用双阳离子有机改性膨润土处理乌鲁木齐石化废水,结果表明其吸附处理挥发酚的效果明显。当吸附剂用量为60g/L时,去除率达97.63%。双阳离子改性膨润土吸附水中苯酚时,同时具有表面吸附和分配作用,因此去除酚类污染物作用明显。

【Abstract】 With the sodium base-bentonite from Xinjiang Xiazijie,dual cation modified bentonite was prepared and characterized by organic carbon analysis,SEM,X-ray diffraction.The d 001 of sodium bentonite was 1.227nm,and the d 001 of dual cation organobentonite was 3.906nm,which has increased 2.18 times compared to that of sodium bentonite.At the same time,the treatment of alkali dregs from oil refinery by dual cation modified bentonites was studied.It was shown that the effect of adsorb phenol pollution by dual cation modified bentonite were clear.When the amount of adsorbent was 60g/L,the removal percentage of phenol was 97.63%.Dual cation modified bentonite had surface adsorption effect and distribution effect,so it resulted in the strongest removal effect.
