改性新型Mn-硅藻土吸附电镀废水中铅锌的研究
Adsorption of Pb2+and Zn2+ in Electroplating Wastewater by Modified Mn-Diatomite
【摘要】 锰基改性硅藻土在弱酸强碱及吸附不同浓度的Pb2+、Zn2+的条件下,锰离子基本不溶出。在静态条件下,研究了锰基改性硅藻土吸附重金属离子Pb2+、Zn2+的性能及适宜条件,结果表明,低离子强度、中偏碱性、室温环境均有利于吸附过程的进行,吸附平衡时间为30min,含Pb2+、Zn2+的电镀废水经改性硅藻土吸附后,废水中Pb2+、Zn2+的浓度达国家工业废水最低排放标准。饱和吸附了Pb2+和Zn2+的改性硅藻土,可利用CaCl2溶液进行再生。
【Abstract】 The properties and optimal condition for Mn-diaomite to adsorb heavy metal Pb2+,Zn2+ were investigated under static state in the laboratory and also the effects of modified diatomite dosage,pH value and ion strength of wastewater,adsorption time and temperature were discussed.Low ion strength of wastewater,room temperature,alkaline and neutrality condition were favorable,and the equilibrium time was 30min.After treated,the contents of Pb2+and Zn2+ in electroplating wastewater were prominently lower than discharge criterion of national industrial wastewater.Mn-diatomite saturated with Pb2+and Zn2+ can be regenerated by the solution of CaCl2.
