蛭石作为燃煤固硫添加剂的实验研究
Experimental Research on Using Vermiculite as Coal-burning Sulfur-fixed Additive
【摘要】 利用熟石灰[Ca(OH)2]和石灰石(CaCO3)混合作为主固硫剂、蛭石作为固硫添加剂,研制了一种新型固硫剂,并对其进行了粉煤燃烧固硫实验。结果表明,在950℃该固硫剂的固硫率可以达到85%。该固硫剂主要由天然矿物所组成,原料来源广、成本低廉,因而具有应用价值和市场推广潜力。
【Abstract】 A new kind of sulfur-fixed agent was developed using Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 as the main sulfur-fixed agent,and vermiculite and Na2CO3 as the additives at conditions of coal burning.Experimental results showed that this kind of sulfur-fixed agent could achieve desulphurization ration 85% at 950℃.Being composed of natural minerals,this sulfur-fixed agent has special characters with lower capital cost,higher practical value and broader marketing potentiality.
