高比表面改性高岭土材料制备及其吸附性能研究
Research on Structure & Absorption Performance of Modified Kaolin Material with Large Surface Area
【摘要】 用煤系高岭土在焙烧温度为620℃、活化时间为2h的条件下制备的偏高岭土,其内部的吸附水和大部分结构羟基脱除基本完成,质量损失达14.2%,热处理使Al-O八面体结构遭到严重破坏,导致结晶度显著降低,结构无序化,它在反应温度80℃、反应时间7h、酸用量25mL/g和酸浓度2mol/L条件下制得的酸改性高岭土材料,比表面积高达313.58m2/g。吸附性能评价结果表明,原高岭土经焙烧、酸处理改性后,吸附容量大为提高,达50.2mg/g,比天然沸石大28.5mg/g;采用5.3%的K2MnO4浸渍改性后,改性高岭土的吸附容量进一步提高,可达82.3mg/g。
【Abstract】 The metakaolin was prepared at 620 ℃ and 2 h,and deintercalation of its adsorption water and a great structure hydroxyl could be accomplished.Its mass loss reaches 14.2%.Broken Al-O octahedron structure in kaolin through heat treatment caused loss in crystallinity and structural deformation.The conditions of its next acid-leaching were confirmed by orthogonal test:reaction temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 7 h,amount of acid 25 mL/g,concentration of acid 2 mol/L.Surface area of modified kaolin material reached 313.58 m2/g.Results of absorption performance evaluation showed that absorption capacity of modified kaolin through heat treatment and acid-leaching was greatly improved to 50.2 mg/g,and was higher 28.5 mg/g than crude zeolite.It’s absorption capacity was ulteriorly increased to 82.3 mg/g by 5.3% K2MnO4 leaching modified.
