高纯煤系高岭土合成莫来石研究
Study on Synthesis of Mullite by High-purity Kaolin in Coal
【摘要】 研究了利用煤系轻烧高岭土与工业氧化铝粉合成高纯莫来石,并采用XRD定量分析方法(K值法)计算出莫来石相的含量。结果认为:用此法合成出的莫来石相含量,高于用石英砂与工业氧化铝合成出的试样;氧化气氛下采用1380℃和1580℃二步煅烧工艺并加入2a%的ZnO和1b%锆英砂合成出的莫来石相含量达到97%,体积密度达到2.89 g.cm-3。
【Abstract】 High-purity mullite is synthesized by soft burning kaolin in coal and industrial alumina.The K calculating method of XRD is used to calculate the content of mullite phase.The results show that the content of mullite phase synthesized by this method is higher than the mullite synthesized by industrial alumina and quartz sand.The sample is sintering in the oxidiying atmosphere.The result is that under two step calcination(1380℃ and 1580℃) the content of mullite phase in the sample which is composed 2a% ZnO and 1b%ZrSiO4 is 97%,and it’s volume density is 2.89 g/cm3.
