【Abstract】 The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed to determine the effects of ultramicro-pulverization on the geniposide and berberine dissolubility of Huanglianjiedusan(HLJDS).The results showed that the ultromicro-pulverization method could not only keep natural ingredients of HLJDS, but also improved the dissolubility of geniposide and berberine,meanwhile compared to the conventional fine powder,their content increased by 26.26% and 37.07% respectively with the method of ultrasonic wave extraction.更多还原
