振动攻丝扭矩信号的最优估计
Optimization estimation for vibration tapping torque signal
【摘要】 简述了信号最优估计的基本理论及主要算法,讨论了如何应用该理论进行振动攻丝扭矩信号的最优估计,给出具体实现步骤,并通过振动攻丝机实测信号对这一方法进行验证.结果表明,该方法能够准确、有效地估计出振动攻丝扭信号,获得清晰的特征谱线.
【Abstract】 The basic theory and primary algorithm of signal optimization estimation was reviewed briefly.How to use the theory to process the vibration-tapping torque signal was proposed and the specific implementing procedure was also given out.Meanwhile,the new method was proved to be valid by the signal from vibrationtapping machine.Research result showed that the vibration-tapping torque signal could be estimated accurately and validly by this strategy and the clear feature spectrum line was obtained too.
