高校图书馆学科馆员的角色定位与工作职责探析
Analysis of the role and responsibility of the subject librarian in university
【摘要】 阐释了学科馆员的概念,探讨和分析了学科馆员的角色定位和工作职责,认为高校图书馆学科馆员必须明确角色定位和工作职责,才能卓有成效地开展工作。
【Abstract】 Based on the expounding of the concept "subject librarian" in university.This article analyses the role and responsibility of the subject librarian.It is held that subject librarians in universities must define their roles and responsibilities so that they can work with high effects.
