【摘要】 “三农”问题的核心是农民增收问题。我国农民收入增长呈现长期滞缓的现象,其根本原因是各种制度性障碍的存在。要想从根本上解决这一问题,必须打破城乡间的分割状态,消除各种抑制农民公平竞争和自由择业的制度性障碍,通过制度创新,使制度从一个农民收入增长长期滞缓的稳态均衡向一个农民收入快速增长和实现共同富裕的稳态均衡演进。更多还原

【Abstract】 For a long time,the increase of farmers’ income,which is the key of issue about agriculture,countryside and farmers,has been insignificant,mainly because of various institutional barriers.To radically solve this problem,the gap between urban and rural areas must be eliminated,and the institutional barriers that hinder farmers’ fair competition and employment must be removed.Through institutional innovation,the institution should evolute from the homeostasis in which farmers’ income increases insignificantly in a long period into another homeostasis in which farmers’ income increases significantly and rapidly and common wealth is brought about.更多还原
