【摘要】 通过正交试验设计研究不同年龄母株穗条、扦插基质、生根促进剂浓度、扦插时间对闽楠生根率及根生长的影响。结果表明:扦插基质、母株年龄、扦插时间对闽楠生根率及根生长影响显著,不同生根促进剂浓度对生根率及根生长无显著影响;各因素的最佳组合为:1年生母株穗条经ABT1#800 mg.L-1速沾后扦插于砻糠灰中;3月份扦插生根率最高,达89.6%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The orthogonal design was used for studying different age stock scions,cutting propagation media,concentrations of rooting reagents and different planting time to affect rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei. The results indicated that the cutting propagation media,stock ages and planting time had obvious affection on rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei,but different concentrations of rooting reagents had no obvious affection on rooting rate and root increment of Phoebe bournei.The best combination of factors was of one-year-old scion fast treated ABT1^# with 800 mg·L¹ and planted in rice hull ashes.The March is the best period for rooting with 89.6% of rooting rate.更多还原
