【摘要】 在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计,筛选了南方红豆杉外植体消毒的最佳方案。单因素预试验表明,植物材料的选择、酒精浓度、升汞浓度、升汞浸泡时间对愈伤组织诱导率以及植物材料的污染程度均有显著影响。选取当年生嫩茎为外植体,进行L9(34)正交试验,结果表明南方红豆杉外植体消毒的最佳方案为:用70%酒精浸泡30 s,0.2%升汞浸泡8 min。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum scheme for the explant sterilization of T.chinensis var mairer was carried out with orthogonal design and single factor experiment.The result of single factor experiment was as follow: chioce of botanic materials,concentration of ethanol and mercurous chloride,sterilized time in the mercurous chloride.All of the four factors had significant effects on callus induction.was occurred among the four.salience influence to the rate of callus inducement and tainture.The result of orthogonal experiment L₉（3⁴） using annual twigs as the explant showed that the optimum scheme of explant sterilization of T.chinensis var mairer was in 70% ethanol for 30s and 0.2% HgCl₂ for 8 min.更多还原
