【摘要】 试验用不同质量浓度的IBA、IAA和NAA溶液处理伞房决明的1年生硬枝。结果表明,①不同质量浓度的外源生长素促根效果不同。IBA的6种浓度处理的促根效果都比对照好;IAA的各种处理效果不明显;NAA 25 mg.L-1的促根效果比对照好,其它浓度处理不如对照好。②在供试的3种外源生长素中,以吲哚丁酸的促根效果最好,其中1 000 mg.L-1处理5 min,500 mg.L-1处理10 min,250 mg.L-1处理30 min和100 mg.L-1处理120 min的促根效果都很突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 One-year Hard Twigs of Cassia corymbosa were dealt with 3 kinds of exogenous auxins（IAA,NAA,IBA） with different concentration.The results indicated that:（1）Root-inducing effect of the different concentration solution of the exogenous auxins were different.Rootinducing effect of different levels of IBA were better than the control with watter.Rooting-inducing effect of different levels of IAA weren’t obvious.Promotive effect of 25 mg·L^-1 NAA was better than the control,the other treatments were worse than the control with water.（2）Among the 3 kinds of exogenous auxins,Root-inducing effect of IBA was the best one.1 000 mg·L^-1 IBA for 5 minuntes,500 mg·L^-1 IBA for 10 minuntes,250 mg·L^-1 IBA for 30 minuntes and 100 mg·L^-1 IBA for 2 hour showed obvious promotive effect on rooting.更多还原
